William Reeve

The Director of Reeve Communications is William Reeve, a former BBC foreign correspondent, who since 2002 has been involved in designing and managing communications projects for the Government of Afghanistan and with training journalists.

Angus Taverner currently oversees the production of Arab Media Monitoring and Analysis reports for a range of UK and international, government and commercial customers. A former British Army officer, Angus has held senior positions in the UK Ministry of Defence dealing with media operations and information campaigns.

Juliana Stoyanova

Juliana has extensive experience in communication and change management programmes for national governments, civil society stakeholder groups and the private sector in Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. In particular Juliana has significant experience of communications, marketing and outreach in post-conflict countries including Afghanistan, Palestine and Macedonia.

Ikramuddin Sarwary

The first Director of Communications and Public Relations of the Afghan Ministry of Counter Narcotics, Ikramuddin has proven management skills. Awarded a Chevening Scholarship by the British Government, he recently gained an MA in Public Communication and Public Relations at the University of Westminster in London.

Hans Staiger

An international media consultant, Hans Staiger specialises in multi-national and cross-cultural media projects, in for instance South Eastern Europe, where he has managed capacity building media projects over recent years. Hans has a solid background in programme production, editorial decision-making and broadcast management, gained during a twenty-year career with the BBC World Service in London.

Matthew Kinch

Matthew Kinch is a linguist and specialist in global media monitoring, who headed BBC Monitoring’s operations in Eastern Europe and, most recently, Afghanistan. He now works as a media consultant. Matthew speaks English, German, Spanish, Russian, Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian and Catalan.

Bruce Macpherson has a wealth of communications experience garnered in the UK and overseas, notably the Middle East where he has worked with a range of clients including local and multi-national companies, governments and government agencies, individuals and campaign groups.

Peter Bussian

Peter Bussian is an international development consultant, photographer and filmmaker, who has 15 years experience working in conflict and post-conflict countries. Since 2001 he has worked almost exclusively on projects in Afghanistan, Iraq and the Sudan for the UN, USAID and several large international aid organisations.
